KCCORNHOLE League Sign Up Form

Please complete the sign up information in full.  League costs are $100 per team or $50 per person.  Leagues will run for 10 weeks.  8 week league consists of 7 week regular season and League tournament.  Winners receive *cash prizes, Gift Cards and KCCornhole League Entries. 

*cash prizes are determined by number of teams in each league.  (Minimum 6 teams)
